Warehouse Operative – Rotating Shifts

We're currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing company that values quality, teamwork, and investing in its employees.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy production team, offering long-term work, full training, and genuine opportunities for permanent employment.

Shift Pattern

Weekly rotating shifts:

• 6:00am – 2:00pm
• 2:00pm – 10:00pm

A shift allowance is payable after successfully completing 12 weeks of employment.

The Role

As a Warehouse Operative, you'll play an important part in the production process by:

• Operating production machinery and equipment
• Carrying out quality checks throughout production
• Packing, labelling, and preparing finished products for dispatch
• Following all health and safety procedures
• Keeping your work area clean, organised, and safe
• Working with colleagues to meet daily production targets

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

• Reliable with a strong work ethic
• Positive, motivated, and eager to learn
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• A good team player with excellent attention to detail
• Able to follow instructions and work safely

Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
