About the Role

You will be responsible for coordinating end-to-end import sea freight shipments while ensuring customs compliance and smooth clearance processes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing FCL, LCL and project import shipments from origin to delivery
• Preparing and lodging customs entries (essential)
• Coordinating with shipping lines, agents, transport providers, and depots
• Handling import documentation and compliance requirements
• Monitoring cargo movements and providing proactive updates to customers
• Resolving issues and delays efficiently
• Providing a high level of customer service

About You

• 2+ years’ experience in freight forwarding (import operations)
• Proven experience with customs entries is essential
• Strong knowledge of sea freight processes and documentation
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines
• Team-focused with a professional approach
