We have the pleasure of working with an established manufacturing company based in Debenham, suffolk who are looking to recruit a Marketing Executive.
About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and versatile Marketing Executive to support our growing marketing efforts within the manufacturing sector. This is a hands-on role that involves digital marketing, creative design and internal/external communications. You will work closely with the sales and technical teams to help drive brand awareness, support business development, and communicate our value to a global customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Communications: Assist in drafting and managing outbound communications to our global customer base, including newsletters, product updates, and campaign announcements.
Content Design & Production: Develop marketing collateral including brochures, product datasheets, case studies, and trade show materials using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Website & Platform Management: Keep our websites and digital platforms up to date with the latest news, product launches, and technical content.
Campaign Support: Contribute to marketing campaigns aimed at generating leads for the sales team, including email marketing, online advertising, and targeted content.
Event Planning: Help plan and coordinate industry events, exhibitions, and customer open days—both virtually and on-site.
Market Intelligence: Conduct competitor benchmarking and industry research to support product positioning and strategic decisions.
Requirements:
1–3 years of marketing experience, ideally in a B2B or manufacturing environment.
Strong design and layout skills using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
Experience managing or contributing to business websites (e.g., WordPress or CMS platforms).
Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to translate technical content into clear marketing messages.
Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
A collaborative mindset, comfortable working across teams including engineering, production, and sales.
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related discipline, desirable.
Familiarity with the manufacturing sector and technical products, desirable.
Experience of any CMS
