Warehouse Packer

Taylor Whitmore is currently recruiting a Warehouse Operative / Packer to support the safe, accurate, and efficient movement of goods within a busy warehouse environment based in Debenham. This role plays a key part in ensuring orders are picked, packed, and dispatched correctly and on time.

About the Role

In this position, you will carry out a range of warehouse duties, including goods-in and goods-out, packing, and general warehouse operations. You will contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the warehouse while maintaining high standards of safety and organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading containers and trailers, both manually and using a forklift
• Accurately packing products into cartons, ensuring items are secure for dispatch
• Shrink wrapping and strapping pallets and deliveries
• Safely operating hand and electric pallet trucks
• Assisting with goods-in and goods-out processes
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
• Adhering to all health & safety regulations and company policies

About You

Essential:

• Minimum of two years’ experience in a warehouse environment
• Forklift experience
• Good knowledge of manual handling and health & safety procedures
• Reliable, well organised, and able to work effectively as part of a team

Desirable:

• Valid forklift licence
• Basic IT skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Experience using warehouse technology such as scanners
• Familiarity with pallet stackers and pallet trucks

• Day shifts only: 8:00am–4:00pm, Monday to Friday
