With seven departments working cohesively to deliver a seamless customer experience, this role plays a vital part in supporting both internal teams and external clients.
About the Role
As a key administrative support within the sales function, you will be responsible for managing client enquiries, processing orders, preparing quotations, and coordinating activities that support the entire customer lifecycle. You will ensure all administrative processes run efficiently, enabling the sales team to focus on strategic client engagement.
This is a fast-paced, office-based position ideal for someone with excellent communication, organisational, and multitasking skills who enjoys delivering exceptional service behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing client communication via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
- Accurately preparing and processing customer quotations and orders
- Providing administrative support to the wider sales team
- Maintaining client records and updating internal databases
- Assisting with aftersales queries and issue resolution
- Ensuring documentation is complete and correctly filed
- Supporting workflow during staff absence or peak periods
