About the Role
As a key member of the sales team, you'll play an important role in both client acquisition and retention. You’ll manage incoming enquiries, process orders, and provide top-tier service throughout the sales cycle — from initial contact through to aftersales support.
This is a fast-paced office-based role, ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a passion for customer satisfaction, and a proven background in sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Responding to client enquiries via email and telephone
- Handling incoming calls professionally and promptly
- Creating, sending, and following up on quotes
- Processing customer orders accurately
- Providing excellent aftersales support
- Problem-solving and managing client issues where needed
- Covering team members' responsibilities during periods of leave

Experience Required
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an office-based sales role or similar position
