The Role
As Business Development Manager, you’ll play a key role in driving new business, re-engaging lapsed clients, and representing the brand at customer-facing events. This is a hands-on, proactive role ideal for a confident communicator with strong sales instincts and a relationship-first approach.
You’ll be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, nurturing leads, and converting them into long-term clients. From cold outreach to attending trade shows, you'll be instrumental in expanding our customer base and achieving ambitious growth targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively research and contact potential clients
- Reconnect with dormant accounts to explore new opportunities
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Provide regular progress updates to internal stakeholders
- Represent the company at industry events and trade shows

- Contribute to the preparation of tenders and proposals
