Night shift injection mould setter

They are currently looking to recruit the following role - Night Shift Injection Mould Setter

Main Responsibilities:

• Set up and run production jobs according to customer requirements, using the correct setup sheets and job instructions
• Work closely with Quality Control to fix any production issues
• Monitor machines during operation and change tools as needed for new orders
• Remove completed products from the shop floor
• Respond to machine or hopper alarms when they occur
• Change machine tools and update programs as needed
• Follow customer instructions for process optimization
• Diagnose and fix basic machine faults
• Keep the work area clean and tidy as needed
• Support other Setters when required
• Help train apprentice Setters
• Assist in other departments when needed
• Always follow the company’s Health & Safety policies
• Perform your duties to the high standards expected by the company
• Wear all required PPE at the beginning and throughout your shift
• Keep all customer information strictly confidential
