Taylor Whitmore is delighted to be supporting a market leading business based near Bury St Edmunds who are looking to recruit a Finance Business Partner to join their team.
The position will report directly to the CFO of the business and will be a key role managing stakeholders across the business.
Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the directors and managers
- Supporting the retail business from a finance viewpoint including strategy development and execution
- Fully responsible for budget and forecast preparation and presentation
- Analyse and report on the current financial status of retail function
- Continually improve accounting and reporting
- Be involved/lead projects and other ad hoc tasks when required
- support the wider finance team and help when required
Skills & Knowledge required:
- Part or Fully qualified chartered accountant.
- Experience of delivering practical financial analysis.
- A proven track record to demonstrate excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
- Able to challenge when required.
- Retail experience preferred but not mandatory.
- A full UK driving licence for travel to the various retail sites.
