As a Manufacturing Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of manufacturing processes within the organization. This role primarily operates from an office environment, yet it requires an individual with proficient computer skills who is also open to adopting a hands-on, proactive approach. We are seeking a candidate who embodies a collaborative spirit as a team player, while also demonstrating the ability to take initiative and work independently when needed.
Main Responsibilities:
· Support production planning and control with Operations Director and Production Manager
· Ensure production documents and spreadsheets are kept up to date to Our and customers’ specification
· Process customers’ orders
· Stock Control – Stock check
· Raise purchase orders /Job Bags
· Book in/out stock.
· Communicate with Production Office, Setting Staff / Quality Inspectors and Warehouse Staff.
· Cover Production during absences.
· Opera 3 system/excel/outlook/work skills
· Assist colleagues within other areas of the business as the business needs require
· To operate within and adhere to the company’s Health & Safety Policy in all aspects of the role
· Ensure PPE is worn at the start of the shift and throughout the shift
· Ensure that you undertake your role to the high standards set by the Company whilst working within the processes and procedures laid down.
· To ensure the highest standard of confidentiality of customer details at all times.

This is a full time position offering a permanent contract
The position is Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week (8.00am – 4.30pm Mon – Fri)
